Your hair will smell like horse poop for a week but does the job and is long lasting. Beautiful results.

The color is just as it shows on the packet. I used both packs. Set for 45 minutes and did my roots first then the rest of the hair. I want it even which it did. The previous two pictures displays my top of hair brown and then the rest light brown and this finally made it as one blend. With the light, it shimmers more brown. Wear gloves to not stain your nails. It comes easily off from you face, and neck when washed with water. Leave it on your hair for three hours. It also made my hair volume, puffy.

The color lasts, my scalp didn’t get irritated at all, which is AMAZING because I’m sensitive. I wish it turned out like the image on the packaging…a nice rich brown…my hair is naturally brown. Had virgin hair because I gave up on coloring it years ago because it wasn’t worth what it did to my scalp. Have a desert patch of grey up in the front of my hair. It covered those well. ANYWAYS, it just turns out much more coppery. I even re died it like 3 weeks later in hopes the color would darken and no such luck. Also the processing time is soooo long.

So I spent the better part of a day working on my hair. I started with the henna which sat in my hair for 4 hours, washed it out and let it air dry, then applied the indigo as directed with the enclosed instructions. Enclosed instructions. I went from light brown hair to fairly black hair. What a surprise! After a week and a few rinses it has not faded much actually very little and it's barely negligible. I have to say I am very happy with how sleek and shiny my hair is. My hair is so soft and smooth. I'm absolutely loving it. I've also noticed that when I put it in a ponytail the hair must have absorbed some of the product cuz my hair actually feels heavier and is definitely less frizzy.
