Review: Very hot - Very hot Review: Incredible flavor with serious heat—my new go-to hot sauce - I love my spice, and I always look for sauces that bring real heat without sacrificing flavor. Elijah’s Xtreme Regret Reserve absolutely nails that balance. I haven’t tried every sauce they make yet, but this one is easily one of the best hot sauces I’ve ever had. The flavor is amazing. Rich, bold, and not just “hot for the sake of hot.” But this one has serious kick. It’s one of the only sauces that actually gets me sucking wind, and I painfully enjoy every second of it. If you want something slightly less intense but still very spicy, their Xtreme Regret is a great step down. The Regret Reserve is top-shelf, spice territory. I like it so much that I have it on desertcart autoship. I go through about one bottle a month because I put it on pretty much everything. Pro tip: TikTok sometimes has live sales where you can grab their sauces a little cheaper, but honestly, even at full price, this is totally worth it. If you’re looking for a very spicy hot sauce with incredible flavor, you’ve got to try this one. It’s become a must have for me. ## Features - SCREAMING SUPER HOT: Crafted for true heat seekers, this sauce combines 3 of the hottest peppers in the world! All our sauces are farm to bottle. So they are fresh, clean ingredients, no extracts. We pack and ship everything from our home-warehouse in North Carolina. **Q: Does this sauce have any extracts in it** A: No. We do not use extracts in any of our sauces. Only all natural heat from the peppers. The Xtreme Regret is 50% peppers (Trinidad Scorpion and Carolina Reaper) to make it HOT. And they are all Full of Flavor... not just heat. (the reaper sauce is a sweet heat and not as hot as the XR) **Q: Would someone post a photo of the nutrition label, please?** A: I just posted the nutrition label so you can read it and the ingredients. Also Elijah's story... Thanks! **Q: How many scovile heat units is this** A: I'm not really sure of the Scoville units, however it is not a hot sauce. The flavor is great but being a heat chaser i was disappointed it's marketed as a reaper hot sauce. I finished the bottle in 3 sittings. It tastes great.........but i think simple Tabasco is hotter.if you're looking for fire this isn't the one ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very hot *by J***J on 28 April 2026* Very hot ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible flavor with serious heat—my new go-to hot sauce *by R***Y on 12 December 2025* I love my spice, and I always look for sauces that bring real heat without sacrificing flavor. I like very hot and spicy salsa, and this one is very hot. Use sparingly. Spiciness on a scale of 1 to 10 is about an 8 for me, but keep in mind that every persons tolerance is different. This is not too thick of a sauce and can be used on a variety of foods, very versatile. This was actually a little spicier than I thought. Decent quality. ## Frequently Bought Together - Elijah's Xtreme Regret Reserve Hot Sauce - Carolina Reaper, Trinidad Scorpion, and Habanero Pepper - 5oz bottle contains 70% of the hottest peppers in the world - Bottle Da Bomb Beyond Insanity Hot Sauce, Bottle - Melinda’s Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce - Gourmet Extra Spicy Hot Sauce - Made with Fresh Ingredients, Ghost Peppers (Bhut Jolokia), Habanero Pepper, Carrot, Garlic, Lime Juice - 10oz Squeeze, 1 Pack --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/734070923-elijahs-xtreme-regret-reserve-hot-sauce-carolina-reaper-trinidad-scorpion](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/734070923-elijahs-xtreme-regret-reserve-hot-sauce-carolina-reaper-trinidad-scorpion) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-04*
