Diamond Candy Women's Lightweight Waterproof Hooded Rain Jacket

I bought this for a Paris trip that predicts rain showers. Love the look and construction, and fits me pretty well but it might be a little warm for Paris in May so I am not taking it because it is lined and will take up space in my one checked bag if I don’t end up wearing it. But it’s so nice and affordable at $40 that I am keeping it for a future trip. People knock China products, but this jacket is stylish, lined, has zippered and covered large pockets, removable (zippered) hood, adjustable cuffs, and a pocket inside, which is very important while traveling. I haven’t tested for waterproofing but I believe other reviewers who say that it is. With all that went into making this garment, I am surprised how affordable it is.

This is a great jacket. It keeps you dry in the pouring rain. I recommend it!

I'm 5'7 1/2", 160lb, wide shoulders. The Medium fits very well, with a little extra room at chest, waist, and hips, so a sweater will fit under. Ordered black so I don't have to think about coordinating colors. It's very well constructed, seams are flat, no loose threads or skipped stitches. Has a slightly fuzzy lining. It's a little more substantial than I was expecting, which will add warmth. Not really a summer rain jacket, but great for September - May. Water beads on it and doesn't seem to soak in at seams. It's as good-looking as more expensive brands.

As described. Fit's well. Keeps her nice and dry and warm.

This jacket really is nice, lightweight, and is great for wind or a little rain. I took it to Iceland in October and I feel the word "waterproof" is a bit strong. The jacket was definitely wet on the inside any time I was in the rain. It does good for the first little sprinkling, but gets damp for longer periods of time in the rain. Also, once I unzipped the hood, I was unable to zip it back on. So, I will keep this jacket for windy weather, but will wear something else for rain, snow, cold, etc.

I love this jacket. Not only does it keep you dry in a downpour, but you are also nice & warm. I hiked in the rain for 30 min & the only my legs go wet. With all the pockets there was a place for my plastic water bottle, phone, wallet, keys, & my hands. This is a great quality jacket & I wish it would rain more when I go places so I can wear it.

Listen if you’re a delivery driver get it, it’s worth every penny! Held up for quite a few hours in Floridas famous rain. Not hot & I was completely dry inside of this jacket!!! I’m going to grab hubby one next from the mens!

I was on the hunt for a warmer rain jacket (when a sweatshirt underneath isn't enough to keep you warm) unfortunately this isn't it. It is lined but with a very thin material that I don't think will do much. Also, the hood is weird, it's removable and has this Velcro around your neck that would be annoying if you wanted the hood up but not all zipped/velcroed up. I'm 5'8" and 140ish, medium fits well with room for a sweatshirt underneath. Returning and will just be using my snowboard jacket for cold rainy days.
