a Good Staple
I bought these jars and their un-dyed version. I make my own sushi and sashimi. I also like rich pork dishes. The pickled ginger provides a nice counterpoint to everything that I prepare, where pickled ginger is a great touch to the food that I present. The size is great for me and my family. The jars make it easy to share an extra portion with someone who asks to take home a little bit.
