I’m a big fan of beef stick, especially around the holidays. Hickory farms is my favorite, but a bit in the expensive side. I gave this an shot and found it to be very comparable in taste/texture/quality but at a fraction of the price. Bang for buck this product is hard to beat! I’ve ordered it from Amazon a couple of times with no issues.

I don’t know if anyone else use this is why I do I make rice bowls, a bowl with layer rice a layer of some sausage top Ramen chili and cheese and this is the only thing that ever works as a sausage on. It. Taste great vast a good while as long as you resell it with a bag or something it should stay good for a long amount of time. I’m not sure how healthy this is like most sausages.

Cube this and put it on toothpicks with cube cheese for a party and it was a hit.

The delivery and packing were fine. I have enjoyed summer sausage for years, but taste is rather personal. It did not stimulate my taste buds to the extent that I would purchase again. In fact, I doubt that I will finish it.
