This is a really nice sized cutting board. The bamboo material is great to cut on, and it’s very easy to clean. The juice grooves around the edge are also really helpful when cutting fruits, vegetables, or anything else that releases liquid because they help keep the mess contained.

Absolutely love this board. I have been looking for one this size and it's so perfect for my food prep area. A silicone mat on the stove too with this on top makes a whole extra prep area. = more counter space. And its big enough to chop and slide stuff off to the side. I would recommend

Great cutting board, heavy duty without being heavy. The reservoir around the outer edge is fantastic for collecting all the juice while you are cutting so it does not get all over your counter top.

If you want to get away from plastic in your life this is a good place to start. Well made multi layered bambo that seems to be holding up well to my knife action. The board cleans easily and hasn't stained from beets. I only use this one for vegetables so far.

Not sure if I just got unlucky, but fresh out of the packaging I noticed fine hair-like splinters all over the surfaces. I've been using it for about 2 weeks, washing it with a soft sponge, and ensuring that they are completely dries before storing, and they're still there. I gave up and bought another board.
