SleepSeal Mouth Tape for Sleeping - 30 Nights - Supports Nasal Breathing

I'm very impressed with these mouth strips, im using the ones with the little vent in the middle. I've been on CPAP therapy since May last year and find my mouth gets very dry despite using a humidifier and heated hose (as recommended). I'm obviously as mouth breather at night, which is probably what is causing my mild OSA. I've tried 2 different chin straps to keep my mouth closed, but both were uncomfortable and left indentation in my scalp the next morning, as well as temporary facial marks. I then tried using porous surgical tape to keep my mouth closed but that kept coming off. I saw these tapes advertised and thought 'OK, let's try them' and I haven't looked back. I've had no problem wirh peeling the back off, you just pull the perforation until it snaps and then peel like a plaster. The tape stays on all night, there may be a little residue when taking it off and, occasionally, a loose strand of bamboo, but they come off easily. Having sensitive skin, I have noted a little redness around the seal at times, but the pros of waking with a moist mouth (and whiter teeth!) outway this for me. I'm on my second box and have ordered a third using the discount voucher provided giving 50% off. This will continue to be part of my sleep regime.

Good, sticky and you can breath through the little gap but it might be too sticky, hurts in the morning to take it off, need to be really gentle

Brilliant and effective once they're on but the backing is tricky to remove.

I ordered these because they were recommended, and I’m really glad I tried them. I’ve used mouth tape before, but these feel much more premium straight away , they are soft, flexible and they stay put all night without being harsh on the skin. I’ve only been using them a couple of nights but I already notice the benefits. I’m waking up feeling more rested, no dry mouth in the morning, and I actually feel like I’ve slept deeper. They’re shaped well and don’t pull at your lips when you remove them, which I’ve had with cheaper versions. For anyone who mouth breathes at night, snores slightly, or just wants better sleep quality, these make such a difference. Exactly what I was hoping for!

I thought I would really stuggle to use these and feel panicky .However, maybe due to the opening I was fid and kept the tape on all night with no problem falling asleep.It was so nice to wake up without a dry mouth.It's early days but so far so good! Slightly stingy taking off but no skin problems from the adhesive.

Dreadful! I am used to taping my mouth shut to sleep. I usually use a different tape, thought i'd try a new one, this one!. Never again!.....sorry now that I bought two boxes!! The tape is SO STRONGLY ADHENSIVE, You cannot prize it off in the morning, without seriously damaging your skin. Lots of salivia built up under it during the night, after 5 hours, restless sleep, i can to remove as so uncomfortable, will be going back to my brilliant medical tape that costs 39p a roll in home bargins! The opening on the front of the mouth tape didnt prevent mouth breathing. It does prevent yawning! Dont waste your hard earned money its really worst tape ive ever tried :-(

The last pack I bought wasn’t as good but the pack Ive just got is extremely sticky which allows a better nights sleep pre warning if you’re peeling it off in a morning USE A WARM CLOTH coz it hurts (like a free wax)🤣amazing product would happily continue to purchase this worth the money they stay on all night long no discomfort at all they stretch to as certain extent but super comfortable breathable z

I previously was purchasing the pink option with no vent repeatedly, then they got rid of the no vent options, then got rid of pink so I had to buy the black with a vent. Which is fine except all of a sudden they’ve just stopped sticking to my face?? Not sure what’s changed but I thought these were excellent, just the right amount of stick that would firmly stay on all night but didn’t absolutely rip your face off in the morning, now they’re not so great which is really disappointing
