SleepSeal Mouth Tape for Sleeping - 30 Nights - Supports Nasal Breathing

I love these. Extremely comfortable. Fit is just right. Not too sticky which is good. For some unknown reason last year I started mouth breathing whilst sleeping at night. I’d wake up during the night with an extremely dry mouth and throat. I tried other brands before I came across SleepSeal. So thought I’d give these a go. I wouldn’t change to any other brand now. I’ve been using these for about 5 months. They’re good value for money simply because they work. Very durable and easy to apply. On the occasion more recently when I’ve forgotten to put one on and woken in the night my mouth isn’t as dry. So I think they are training me to breath through my nose again. I do think my sleeps are deeper. Would definitely recommend them.

Wasn't sure about this initially but I'm a mouth breather and put it down to not being able to breathe through my nose at night but this wasn't the case I always wake up with a sore dry mouth and horrible breath so I thought I would give it a go I slept much better no painful dry mouth and tounge in the morning and I feel my morning breath was much better as I didn't have that horrible taste and smell going on i would highly recommend to anyone struggling with mouth breathing comfortable to wear and easy to remove no sticky residue and you get a lot for the money it's a small price to pay for a good night's sleep I give it 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have sleep aponea and have been swallowing the air from my CPAP machine, causing bloating, nausea, and just bad night sleeps. I tried a chin strap - didn't work. My boyfriend suggested I try these. I'm so glad I listened to him. My mouth stays shut all night - no more swallowing air and finally getting some good rest! Once it's on I forget it's even there it's so comfy. Easy to take off in the morning. Yes you can feel it as you take it off, but it's not bad. Taking off a plaster is way worse. As peeling of tape from your face goes, this is pretty painless.

Adhesive is too strong and hurst when taking it off next morning, took a bit of skin off my lips and made me bleed. Also leaves residue on face. Had a weird smell as well, would not use again

Far too adhesive, pulled out some of my moustache and left sticky residue around my mouth which took several washes/scrubs to remove. Do not buy if you have a beard or moustache, or sensitive skin!

They work great, help keep my mouth closed while sleeping, I wake more refreshed and with less dry mouth and fewer headaches. These particular ones are absolutely massive, so I cut them into three thin strips. One third of a tape diagonally across my mouth is enough for me (I have been using sleep tape for almost 2 years at this point, which may be a factor) and cutting them into thirds means a pack goes further.

The first pack I ordered was very good. The mouth tapes in the second pack feel as if they’re made from a rougher fabric, but the worst thing is that this time the glue is FAR too strong and the tapes are painful to remove. So sadly, I won’t be buying again.

I decided to give SleepSeal a try after reading other reviews and wanting to desperately improve my sleep quality. Skeptical but worth a try for the price and the fact that these are made from sustainable bamboo silk. These have not disappointed. I’m now on my second pack, and ordered more, as my deep sleep quality has increased from around 3-4% each night to between 17-20%, which is amazing! I am feeling more rested, no more snoring and no more drooling - bonus and my pillow has thanked me! For anyone concerned the fabric is breathable but gently assists in keeping your mouth closed during the night creating a deeper sleep.
