Road food! Healthy and satisfying! Couldn’t be better!!

Can't go wrong with these, especially if you practice intermittent fasting. They taste very good and are a little welcome treat when fasting. I always keep one in my purse and or car.

These bars are expensive, but worth it! They are very satisfying, taste too good to be true, and the texture is smooth. In a nutshell they are beyond amazing. 🤩 Just one bad gives sustained energy on fasting days. With a low sugar content they work for those who fast. They are extremely filling, too!

I am not sure if I believe that I can eat this bar and not break a fast, and would like to see the research that says I can. But the nutritional analysis is ok and the taste is ok, so I will use it to thwart hunger until I am able to eat.

I tried the variety pack and have really enjoyed all three flavors: Nuts & Honey, Chocolate Chip and Coconut Macadamia Nut (my favorite). These bars are such an easy and convenient way to extend my intermittent fasting, while still getting healthy ingredients into my diet. I love that Prolon has really invested in trustworthy research of the benefits of the fasting-mimicking diet and intermittent fasting, to develop top-quality products that I trust are good for me. These bars are super tasty and satisfying and a great way to start the day without a lot of fillers and unknown ingredients you find in some bars. I’ve never seen any other bars that can be incorporated into a fasting regimen either. Will definitely purchase again.
