Surprisingly good knee pillow. Comes in a small box but expands when you take it out. Girlfriend loves it. Reduced her knee and hip pain. Very impressed. Will be ordering one for myself.

Bought for someone else who tells me it's perfect. Not too big or small and stays in place within reasonable expectations. And the cool surface is apparently real. Not a hot cushion. So, the item description seems to have been very accurate. Easy 5 stars.

I bought this for my wife, who used to just use a regular pillow between her knees to sleep more comfortably. Since getting this knee pillow, she’s really come to love it. It’s much more compact and designed perfectly to fit between the knees, making it easy to find the right position for a good night’s rest. She’s noticed a real improvement in comfort and alignment while sleeping. I highly recommend this pillow for anyone who sleeps on their side and wants better support and comfort.

Comfy fit and makes a huge difference with side sleeping.

It's okay. When you first get it positioned, it definitely offers some relief and feels like it's doing what it's supposed to – helping with that hip alignment. It's got a decent feel to it, and for a short while, it provides that cushioning. My issue is, it just doesn't stay put very well throughout the night because the foam is so weak. I found myself having to reposition it a few times every night I used it, and it tends to flatten out more than I'd like after a couple of hours because they used cheap foam. So, while it's good in theory and offers some initial comfort, it's not the set-it-and-forget-it solution I was hoping for. It's not bad, but it's not a game-changer either. I wasn't paid to do this review, I just wanted to share my honest experience trying to get some decent sleep!
