I’ve been using these epicatechin capsules for about a month now, and I’m honestly impressed. I bought these specifically to avoid stimulant-heavy pre-workouts, and they deliver exactly what I was looking for without the jitters or crash. There's zero bitter taste, no chalky texture, and super easy to swallow. I take 1 capsule (200mg) about an hour before training on workout days, and 1 capsule on rest days to keep it consistent. I'll buy this brand again.

Pretty good muscle pumps, size, vascularity. Not sure of myostatin inhibition yet .... Piperine does seem to make it work better, bc I've tired other brands Epicatechin supps without piperine, and they simply did not work for me at all. Piperine does not "sting" or taste bad or upset my stomach the way other reviewers say (unless you suck on the tablet or something like that).

Don’t think it really did anything.

I've been using Nootropics Depot Epicatechin in my daily stack for years, and it's great for muscle recovery and boosting cardiovascular efficiency during workouts. I no longer get muscle soreness after a heavy workout and I have improved endurance. Although it's pricier than some alternatives, the effectiveness and Nootropics Depot's reputation make it worth it. The tablets have no taste, which is ideal, and are small and manageable, though slightly powdery. I'll definitely continue using it and recommend it for anyone serious about fitness.

One of the few non hormonal muscle builders that actually work. Great for pumps and endurance too. You do need to run this at higher doses at 600-800 mg a day for results. Great stuff.
