Bought Gelatos on recommendation and although at first they took some getting used to - I love them. Very versatile and easy to use.

Amazing colour with a wonderful iridescent sheen. Two sponges and a brush are included in the pack. I have enjoyed using these gelatos in arts and crafts. My one complaint is the cost. They are expensive so not something you reach for straight away. That aside, they are really good to use. I would be interested to see how they match up against their competitors.

Although quite expensive, these gelatos are brilliant at adding sparkle to watercolour projects. They are soft and creamy, rather like a lipstick in texture and can easily be rubbed in with a finger. I think that the will probably last for ages as only small amounts are needed to highlight sections of the painting.

Lovely easy to use and great colours

Pretty much the same effect you can get with water colours. Perhaps I was expecting too much. I thought the colours would be really vibrant. They aren't. And for 30 quid for twelve they aren't cheap.

This is my first try at gelatos. Really nice product I must say and as easy to use as watercolors. I like the crayon effect that makes background color really easy. Thanks for the quick shipping

How good to have a set of metallic Gelatos to add to my collection. The colours are true to form and look great on dark cardstock.

The Good: Great for building layers The not-so-good: Few colors available. No true yellow. Where is the red? Overall: Good quality. Pricy for the small-size sticks included. To really work with this, you'll need to buy other kits to complement the colors included.
