Not too much or you end up with oat flour. Not too little or it's too oaty. It's like the 3 bears, you have to do it "just right". **Q: How much glysophate ppb (pesticides) does this have on average?** A: 1300 ppb which is more than 10 times the amount a human should ingest. If you call them they will brush you off and say that it’s “legal”. I could never knowingly feed this chemical laden pat to anyone. Quaker is a despicable company. If you or someone you love likes these oats try substituting Bob’s Red Mills Organic Quick Cooking oats. It comes in other flavors but this flavor is so delicious. The quality is very good, a single serving packet is just enough and the best part is there is added protein. Great start to the day when paired with your other favorite breakfast items or great all by itself. If you fill the packet with water that is the perfect amount of water for the serving. This has become my favorite Oatmeal. If you want a more banana flavor, you could add your own as well. There are nuts in this but they are small and not overwhelming amount.
