I'll stick with Americolor...
I was really excited to try this because I had been told by several bakers that these colors were even better than Americolor for getting deep colors without so much food food coloring. Needless to say, I will be sticking with Americolor. I tried black because that is one of the hardest colors to get and I used more of this tube than I ever have of Americolor. For the price, I figured it would be superior to Americolor, but in my case, it wasn't. I'm really glad I didn't buy the entire set. I can get more color for my money, going with Americolor.

Premetto che uso questo colorante per colorare la pasta di zucchero e che ho provato diversi tipi e marchi di colorante nero, ma questo fino ad ora si è rivelato il migliore... Sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita dalla facilità nell'ottenere pasta di zucchero nera senza usare grandi quantità di colorante... Perfetto

Colorant alimentaire noir, halal, qui colore vraiment en noir et non en gris. Parfait pour réaliser des bento cakes ou d’autres pâtisseries, notamment pour un anniversaire. Très bon produit, je recommande.
