Great value. If you are going to need any quantity of meringue this is the best deal. Plus the taste and quality were above average. Easy to make and use.

Great product and celiac safe
Good quality-Used it to make royal icing and it made a nice consistency. I had a question for customer service and they responded almost instantly. Definitely recommend this product and this company.

Royal Icing
Love using this to make my royal icing for sugar cookies. It has a sweet, powdery milk smell to it. In a bowl, I add about a cup of it to a bag of powdered sugar and mix in water, vanilla, and karo syrup. It works great.

Good so far
Used to make Royal icing and seemed to work very good. That's pretty much all I will use it for. Double bagged it and hope in lasts as only needed tablespoons for Christmas sugar cookies. Not sure what the shelf life is ? Use to use Wilton's but it hardened within a few weeks of opening it. My hope is this will last MUCH longer as it was twice the price
