Excellent magnesium supplement. The capsules are easy to take, and Iโve noticed better sleep quality, improved muscle recovery, and fewer cramps since I started using it. High-quality ingredients and gentle on the stomach. Definitely one of the best magnesium glycinate supplements Iโve tried.

Good product
I've been taking citrate for over a year and switched to glycinate this year; I think it's a good option, though I wish it had a higher concentration per pill. The product comes sealed, and you have to take two pills a day to meet the daily requirement. Sometimes I only take one at night before going to sleep when I know I've eaten magnesium-rich foods that day.

Iโm very intentional and particular about the products I use, and compared several brands before purchasing. Iโve been supplementing for 10+ years, using premium quality brands like Nutrilite. I decided on Thorne Magnesium Glycinate because of their clean ingredients, manufacturing integrity, 3rd party quality testing, concentration of magnesium dose and minimal unnecessary ingredients (preservatives, stearates or flow agents). My husband and I have been taking Thorne Magnesium Glycinate for almost 2 months now, and I sleep SO much better at night! I take it about 30 minutes before bed, and I fall right to sleep once I hit the pillow. My husband is more of a night owl and tends to have a harder time falling asleep, but when he takes this heโs out within an hour or two (which is an improvement for his standards!) Great value for the price and great supplement, and about to purchase our next bottle!
