I absolutely love these pool weights. I'm taking aqua exercise classes and these are the perfect addition to add some strength training. They were super easy to put together and they are slightly larger than the ones offered at the gym which I'm perfectly fine with. Others have asked about them already. Amazon should give me a kick back. Lol

Love these dumbbells, they seem to be a good quality. I do have to take one end off after using them in the pool and empty out water.

These are significantly higher quality compared to others that tend to be cheaper. The density of the foam is higher and gives greater resistance under water with just one attachment on each side compared to the cheaper bigger underwater weights. I have seen an increase in my arm muscles using these weights after 6 weeks of using them 3 times a week for an hour each session. These and my foam ankle weights have truly improved my aquafit workout. I highly recommend these high quality water weights.

Bought this to replace a dumbbell I used to exercise in the pool for 20 years. Great product, well made. Great design. Solid tube. I bought two more add ons to make it like the previous ones buoyancy. Perfect.I unscrew a round after each swim to release the water from the tube.
