Unobtrusive
I do Teams meetings and calls from home. For the last year I've used a Jabra Evolve 75 SE. That's a stereo headset with ear pads and a stand. The sound is great, and the headphones are comfortable, but the stand/headset takes up quite a bit of desk space, and the stand has to be plugged into both my computer and a power outlet, so it's not very portable. I was interested in a headset that would be less obtrusive in my home office, and easier to move around. The form of the Poly 50 UC took me a while to get used to. The sound volume and quality depends strongly on getting the speaker positioned directly over the ear canal opening. I have to fiddle with it a bit to get the fit just right. Once in position, it feels pretty secure, even when used with eyeglasses. It's certainly fine for walking around the office. It's quite light, and causes no fatigue or discomfort when worn for a couple of hours. In a relatively quiet environment, I can hear callers well with the volume at about 35%. No caller has complained about the sound from my microphone. The short microphone is nicely out of the way for sipping my coffee, too.Sound quality is what you'd expect for an open speaker. It's not for listening to music. Bass does not really exist. But most voices come through very clearly. The button controls are simple and work well. Note that this is the Teams version of the Poly 50 UC, which means that pushing a button on the headpset opens the Teams app on your computer. My company uses Teams for our phone service, so I like this a lot. It's possible to buy this headset without the case, but I wouldn't. The case gives you some portability, being able to re-charge the headset. It's also a nice way to carry the headset and USB dongle when travelling. But what I like best is how it can be used as a stand for the headset. Since I typically take it off between meetings, this is really convenient - it keeps the headset charged without having to put it back inside the case.I've been using this headset with a Windows 11 pc (via dongle) and an iPhone 14. The wireless connection has been fine. I've also been using the Poly Lens app for software updates. I've updated both the headset and case software with no problems. For my use, this headset, especially the Teams version with case and USB dongle - is a really good value.

Perfect. Just what I needed even if it was a slight compromise on design choice
Why did you pick this product vs others?:The sound on these is crisp and clear. At first, I thought that maybe they were hurting my ears, but I realized that underneath the bottom of the packaging of the box where the initial item was set, there is two spare sets, a larger and a smaller earbud piece. The earbud piece is not the typical type and that's exactly why I was purchasing. These is because the regular new common style of earbuds actually hurts my ears significantly. This set is quite similar to the old style of earbuds that I'm more used to and I can wear longer. Now, they do hurt after a little bit of time because of the heaviness of the set, but at the very least they are clear and crisp with the audio that comes through them and I have no problem with kind of working with this trade-off since there's nothing else of this nature available.Fit:It comes with three different attachments that you can change out to make sure that the earpiece fits your ear.Functionality:It's very functional and I don't have any audio disconnect issues and it connected right up.Durability:I can't say on longevity, but for the sake of the durability of it, it doesn't feel fragile at all just from a personal first glance.Clarity:The clarity on this device was quite good and I didn't have any issues with the audio coming through as choppy or anything of the likes. My husband didn't complain of that when I spoke to him over the phone either. Nor did my brother. Battery life:I use this straight out of the box and it came with 40% battery and I think I was on the phone for well over 4 hours with this thing so it lasted a pretty good long time.

Nice device but no charging case
Why did you pick this product vs others?:The device works good so far but every indication shows that the charging case is part of the purchase and it’s not. Another one of those products that fool you with pictures and wording.

Finally with a type C charger
Husband is a daily user of these as he drives for a living.First huge plus for him is the fact that it has a type c charger. No more leaving the house without his ear piece charger and being screwed everyone has a type C charger.Second, the light is bright and he knows it has a good connection and is charging. He has had issues with past ones not being hooked up correctly, it getting bumped losing connection and the light being dim and not knowing until morning when it has no charge. How frustrating.3rd, the noise cancelation and sound on my end and his is great. He said it fits perfectly and he does not even know it is there. Price is on point with what he normally pays for other ones. Came with charger case for on the go. As a daily users for the past 10 plus years he has no complaints on this one. The type C charger was his biggest complaint in the past and now that is not an issue no longer.

Not bad
Why did you pick this product vs others?:For the most part I like this headset. I really like how it comes with a dongle to connect to my computer, the case has wireless charging built in, and the headset also looks nice. However I am only able to wear it a couple hours at a time as this style of headset tends to hurt the top of my ear after a while. The mic could also do a better job at blocking out background noise. It does an ok job but not as good as other headsets in this price range. If they could improve the background noise filtering this would be a better option. The headset itself is very easy to use and the sound quality is what you would expect for a headset for phone calls.
