Review: Good - Good quality looks good and sturdy too Review: I wear these nose rings in my ear lobe piercings and have never taken them out—they’re that comfortable! I’ve bought many in both gold and silver, and I found that 6mm and 5mm 18-gauge sizes give me the look I want: delicate and snug on the ear lobe without feeling tight. Even with my sensitive skin, I haven’t had any reactions like I used to with cheaper metals. I’ve been wearing them continuously for a year and haven’t noticed any color changes. Highly recommend for a simple, reliable, and elegant everyday look. ## Features - 1. 9mm Septum Ring / 9mm Hoop Earring:16 gauge (thickness: 1.2mm), inner diameter 9mm ( 23/64 inches ). It has not broken at all in those two years, even while playing sports. It does not tarnish or turn your skin green. I love the design with the snap so that you can make sure it won’t come out. It is super easy to insert and looks great. This is probably my favorite Amazon buy ever. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/733695008-fansing-316l-surgical-steel-hinged-nose-rings-hoop-20g-18g](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/733695008-fansing-316l-surgical-steel-hinged-nose-rings-hoop-20g-18g) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
