Durable, long lasting, reliable and comfortable. The first one I bought was chewed up by my dog but the second one has lasted nearly 3 years. I believe it would last longer if not for finally getting chewed on again. Even for my Cane Corso it was tough to chew up and took some time. The clasp is durable and works well through mud, rain, snow, sand and who knows what else. The clasp doesn’t lock but it’s never failed. Both handles are well padded, and well placed for different situations. This is by far the comfiest and most secure feeling leash of the ones I have used. The stitching that connects the short handle to the leash finally tore this last week, but even with that the handle still functions and is secure, albeit flappier. The leash is not adjustable, obviously but the second handle works very well and I feel like I have much more control than any adjustable leash. The reflective stitching is nice but my one complain is that the leash as a whole could be much more reflective for extra safety. I’ve used this leash on extra large breeds and to train difficult dogs. It’s also my daily leash for my own dog. I can’t see myself buying a different leash if I have a choice.

I love this leash!! Great price! Love the second handle and the length of it! Holds lil pups and big strong dogs! Great product wish I had bought it for my second dog and not the one I got! Clash is super easy for hooking collar and quick release!

This is the best leash I have ever bought. It is extremely well made. The loop that is included closer to my dog is so convenient when I need quick control, usually because of approaching children who try to run up and pet the dog, not understanding they are startling him. The length is perfect. I would buy over and over but it's so well made I won't need to.

I received this a few days ago and love it. Time will tell how durable it is. Right now it's perfect. My dog is good on a 6' leash until a bike goes by. In Southern California that happens a lot. I used to wrap the leash around my hand for more control. This second padded handle is much more comfortable with better control. I looked at similar leashes and most of them had the traffic handle very close to the clip at the end. Unless your dog is large, you will be bending over to use them. This leash has the second handle in the perfect location for a medium sized dog, no bending necessary. I now feel much more secure in busy traffic areas.

received the review request after having the lease for just a few days. i like the extra handle which is why i purchased this leash and it seems to be reflective. My other leashes are more of a rope and these are a little slicker to hold on to if garbing the middle of the leash and not one of the handles. i would purchase these again since i use them to walk a GSP and Viszla at the same time.

It will slow them down & be easyer ta handle them, its very well designed, & helps both you & your best friend !!!! Wonce ya get use ta useing this leash, it gets easer to put it on the animal, & it has reflective color to it , makes others able ta see it also !!!! Excellent leashes. I have one for my dog and one for my fosters. They are strong and well-made, and the extra handle makes a huge difference when one needs to control their dog a bit better or keep them closer.

Great leash! Our puppy likes to chew through his leashes - this is one is quite durable, strong and has extra thick material. Easy to hold onto and love that it has two handles - one for shorter leash walking and one for long! We bought two!!

I love this lead. Maybe this is on me but I find the short handle too close to the caliper. When my dog was younger and smaller this was useless, but he grew into it. I find itvery robust and reliable. I noted when buying people criticising the caliper. I see their point, it's not the most robust, but I don't see how you could end up with force being applied to the clip such that you can break it? I have a very energetic staffie and this is still holding strong. Regardless, loses a star for the caliper.
