Sound quality is terrible. It is staticky with songs and stories even with volume put on low. Is mine defective?

I’m not sure if it’s defective I would check into it. My daughter’s box is kind of low in volume but I’ve had no issues with it being staticky.

Can additional characters be bought?

Yes, other Tonies can be purchased and played on this Tonebox as well.

How do loved ones upload stories to the Tonies? Can family who live long distances do this?

Amazing product!

My daughter is absolutely obsessed with her Tonie box. We love it too! Not stimulating, but will entertain her for hours. We’ll be bringing this on our road trip which will hopefully keep her happy for most of it! She loves all the songs and loves dancing with it.

Poor quality product and delivery

This item is not working at all and will not connect to any WiFi. I tried multiple times to get it working. I requested a refund before the return period expired it was successful but no courier collected this. I then cancelled the return to redo it again and now “my return window has expired”.

Fun for my 20 month old

Sound works great. I love the colorful look of the first generation version. My 20 month old was very engaged with the different characters it came with. It should last us a very long time as it seems like a good quality product.
