I started using these instead of Jude for bladder weakness. They are half the price of Jude and do the same thing ! You need to take them for at least 3x months to get the full benefit, they are not an overnight fix. Although you may see results sooner. I now only need one a day and only get up once in the night instead of several. They are large but easy to swallow. The only downside is they are not vegan, I usually only choose that option. But I have had to compromise on this occasion. I have tried cheaper vegan brands but they are not as effective. Another plus is your hair also gets thicker !!
