It is difficult to get it to work at all and takes a lot of fussing and strength. Then when it finally works the product comes out in large gloppy messes. UPDATE - I tried to return or get a refund because the product is faulty, and I am in the timeline for refunds. REFUND DENIED BECAUSE THE PRODUCT WAS OPENED!! How do I know it was defective if I didn't open it???? I have never encountered this with any other brand, or with Amazon for that matter. Please do not buy this, you will regret it.
