I have several old 24" HP All in one desktop computers that are so slow they are basically unusable at this point. I despise e-waste so I ordered one of these adapters, ripped the guts out of one of the computers, found a way to bodge this adapter in, and presto! Now I have a perfectly good 24" FHD monitor, with sound. I wasn't able to get the touch screen function to work because the cable for my monitor absolutely would not fit the adapter, but that's no big deal. Instructions were non-existent, but it was pretty easy to figure out where everything goes just visually.

Works Great in the Atgames Legends Ultimate (ALU)
I bought this to use the LVDS screen in the ALU with other HDMI output devices. This works great and very easy to install. It works right out of the box. You need plugin the secondary board (The LED board) since the panel is the LED type. Excellent option for those that want to upgrade their ALU MCU to something more powerful!

Faulty product
I purchased this item to upgrade my Arcade 1up pinball machine. When I opened the package, I noticed the internal packaging was already opened. I tried to be optimistic and hooked everything up accordingly and came to the conclusion the part is faulty. I ordered another hoping the next one will work and be actually sealed upon delivery.
