**Q: Does this product have msg**
A: Yes

**Q: How many pieces of chicken will this fry?**
A: I am not sure about the number of pieces you can cook with this but 5.25 lbs is a lot!  I bought this a while back and I have not made a big dent in it yet... The best way so far for me is to coat chicken strips cut out of chicken breasts then add some water and a bit more mix to thinly coat the chicken and then fry for about 10 mins in soy oil or until golden brown.

**Q: Does it have heat to it's taste ?**
A: It's mildly seasoned; I would not describe it as having "heat".  I add cayenne pepper to the wet preparation to add a little spice.  Every one's taste is different, though.

**Q: Can you use this on chicken cooked in an air fryer?**
A: That's the only way I use it and I brag to people about how great it is. I live alone and I a about to finish my second of these huge jugs of it.
I sometimes drain the melted fat and crispies into a frying pan and make delicious gravy too.

I have a super picky eater at home who barely eats meat with the exception of chicken that is fried crunchy and more specifically when its fried with this Chicken fry. I first bought this in my local grocery store to try it and was so surprised by how good the flavor was that I have now made this my go to when it comes to frying chicken, shrimp, etc. My whole family loves the taste. Simple things like taking boneless chicken breast, cutting them into strips, then dipping them and frying them with this batter turns out fantastic! Even if you aren't the best at frying chicken, this stuff will have you cooking like a pro in the kitchen. Since my first time trying this my local grocery has a hard time keeping it in stock especially during any game season, so being able to order it off Amazon is a HUGE win!! I highly recommend it!
