Review: Great long range ebike with great cargo options. - Got this one for dashing and I haven't been let down at all. Pretty standard stuff. The frame is tough and lots of options for carrying items. No rear shock or seat suspension but thats less to go bad. It will get up to about 32mph. The controller is fully adjustable which we liked along with wheels as well. Standard 4 inch fat tires that are not very good. Seems common among fat tire bikes. Unlike some it does come with fender, which i have no idea why some don't these days. Only complaint I have had is it is limited to 15 mph unless you go in the settings and tell it the tire size is way smaller than 20", then it will hit the 32mph mark. The brakes work well, even when carrying an extra 100+ pounds of stuff. The battery setup is also nice. You don't have to use both. You can use just one or the other and they aren't really hard to get in and out. If you are just going to the store or work, say 2 miles, they last a really long time. One battery easily lasted well over a week or a week and a half. You won't de disappointed with this one. Its a solid simple ebike, capable of handling a lot of cargo.

### ⭐⭐ Nothing But Trouble So Far!!!

So far so good except you will need better tires than the ones that come with it. Didn't know it came with a rear sat which was a pleasant surprise. ***UPDATE*** After having this bike 3 months I'm starting to think they sold me a lemon. I'm a little older with joint problems so there aren't a lot of jobs I can do. I bought this bike so I could Door Dash during the summer. But since I've had it I have had nothing but problems. The tires that come with the bike are terrible. I caught a flat 3 times before i finally decided to replace them. Then a few weeks ago the motor started stalling every so often. I went door dashing yesterday and the motor completely conked out in the middle of delivering an order. I had to call the customer and tell her I would be late because of bike problems and that I was letting the bike sit for awhile and see if it helps. After waiting 30 minutes I tried to ride again and it wouldn't go more 8mph. I struggled to get the customer her delivery but I made it eventually and thanked them for their patience. Soon as I left the customer I tried to ride off and before I got down the street the motor stopped and I had to dry peddle to the main street without any power before giving up and calling someone to pick up my bike and take it home, which costed me all of my earnings for the day. It hasn't even been 4 months. I should not be having this many problems with a Brand New Bike! And customer service is very slow while I lose money waiting for answers. It's on sale now but when I bought it I paid almost $1500 including taxes. I should not be having these problems and customer service should be quick to remedy the situation! I Am Not Happy At Al!!! Now it is just sitting in my backyard, nothing more than a paperweight.
