It's perfect for making Penicillin, a cocktail with 2 oz. Monkey Shoulder, 1 oz. Tippleman's, 1 oz. lemon juice, and a splash of Laphroaig Islay scotch, and ice. Very soothing for a sore throat.

Very high quality and makes wonderful drinks

Instead of using simple syrup, I used this for my pear martinis. It made a huge difference! Basically I substituted this syrup for honey or simple syrup in many of the cocktails I made. Used up 1 bottle over the past 3 months😁. Works great with lemon drop martinis too.
