Great taste
This bowl was so good. It tasted much better than when I had it last time. It got 700 mg potassium. 17 gms fiber and so much grains. When I purchased this back in 2025 I was very suspicious of these. Thought of trying again today in 2026 and it actually tasted good. For sure not a meal replacement but a healthier alternative to snacks.

You can eat this 3 ways: room temp. - microwaved - or cold & it is GOOD all 3 ways!
This is one of my subscribe & save items. I first purchased it to use as a lunch option while I was working. Just grab the bowl in the morning & take it with me either in my ice chest or just as it is. I am now retired, but I still order it since it is good, well, for any meal - lunch - dinner - or breakfast. Like I mentioned above, heat it up in microwave, eat at room temperature or put bowl in fridge either with dressing mixed in or added when ready to eat and it's a good meal. The main thing with this is convenience - it's ready to eat just add dressing. Now let's look at the ingredients, no added high-fructose corn syrup!!! & everything else is recognizable. The main source of protein is the various beans, + chickpeas & couscous. High fiber meal, & fiber is what everybody needs in a very tasty meal.

Tasty Bite Meals. As we see them
Hi .. We tried three of the Tasty Bite's flavors and all three were a filling and enjoyable meal. However we won't be purchasing them again for the simple reason they are impossible to get open. Not kidding. A nice product in desperately unfortunate packaging.

I love these, they're tasty (lol) only ...
I wish they'd put more dressing in those bags! I've only tried this and the Mediterranean flavor, and I think they're both delicious only there's not enough dressing in either flavors, which is a shame since it's that that enhances their taste, in my opinion. Also, I would order these more frequently if not for the price, too. I live on a limited income and paying $3+ for a simple bowl of quinoa and beans is a bit much for my budget, though, I do love them. I intend to try all their flavors whenever finances allow me, to, can't wait!! 😍😁
