How well does this work for sweaty feet? My son has sweaty feet in Army boots every day. 100 plus degrees in Texas.

yes, i use it on my feet and palms. the lotion is less sticky in the heat

Can this be used on palms of hands?

In my humble opinion you can try it but imagine will wash off with hand washing or sanitizer. Might be a temporary fix.
