Are the ingredients "all natural"?

Josh, we thought we’d breakdown ALL our ingredients for you so you can see for yourself!

🧅Red onions - from an organic farm in the North of Thailand. Natural✔️

🧄Garlic - from the same farm! Natural ✔️

🌶️Fresh chilis - from a small local grower in our hometown province, Phrae. Natural ✔️

▫️Mushroom seasoning - it’s allergen free with a trace of a bulking agent, Maltodextrin, that DOES NOT SHOW UP in our nutrient analysis (we put soooo little). Mostly natural 〰️〰️

▫️Lime - from a small local grower. Natural ✔️

▫️Made with palm oil - all of our garlic and onion go through an oil reduction process after being fried, which REDUCES 90% of the oil (at least!). Let’s just say, we let the garlic and onion spin in the oil reducer until there’s no drop of oil left to drip.👌

I'm in a strict dietary/nutrition plan. What kind of oil is used to make this product?

Hi L.T. That's becoming a popular question.  Our product is perfect for people on various diets that don't what to sacrifice taste.

We use palm oil for MaeMai Crispy Garlic & Onion. Palm oil is a staple in Thai kitchens and gives our product a nice crispy finish. We sourced our palm oil from a high quality trusted brand in Thailand.

👉You’d be happy to know— AFTER FRYING, we put our garlic and onion through an oil reduction process, which REDUCES 90% of the oil (at least!). Let’s just say, we let the garlic and onion spin in the oil reducer until there’s no drop of oil left to drip:)

Is there sugar added?

On the nutrition label it says 0 grams of added sugar and 4 grams of natural sugars. I did some research and found that an onion has around 5 grams of natural sugars, garlic has none whatsoever. So the nutition label sounds just about right. This is great news for me!
