It's not magic, more time, more patience, more supportive changes
So far after a 2 weeks not much difference. Perhaps, I need to wait longer as I make more dietary changes: Reduce diary, minimal coffee, more fatty fish as well as Vitamin E, D3, K & magnesium and of course, reducing stress. This cream might help over months. Let's see.
