Small and compact, I found this to be pretty lightweight for what it does and fits easily into our camping bag. Comes with some charge, but can also be charged via USB, solar or crank. I struggled to get the radio to work, but that could just be my area. Aerial folds flat to the side, but isn't an amazing length when extended so do struggle to pick up stations, however the other features do make this worth it for me. The torch is pretty bright with an adjuster for intensity, and easy to use as a lantern due to the built in carry handle. Also functions as a power bank which is mainly what we use it for. Holds a good few phone charges, with the added bonus of the solar panel allowing for continuous charging of the unit while charging other items. Works best in direct sunlight, but if left out all day, it will still retain decent charge even if overcast. The crank does take a while to charge, but great for giving quick boosts if needed. All round decent product for the price and a great addition to our camping set up.

This is a really good charger that is great to take camping with you. It is lightweight and easy to carry but very well made and durable. It has so many features as well as being a charger, e.g. it has a flashlight, it is a radio, it is a siren so can be used to help keep you safe on trips. It is super easy to use and is very useful. Good value for money and I recommend it.

I bought this because my mother bought a cheap chinese version without a name and sold by dropshippers with a bunch of reviews about how it stopped working after a couple months. This thing is awesome. Does everything I expected of it and more. Somebody left a bad review saying that their charging light was broken and always on, draining the battery, but in reality its because the charging light actually tells you when its charging! (from the solar panel) which is what I show in the first part of my video (had to edit them together because amazon only allows one video), meaning that it will always show that its charging even if its just sitting on a shelf in your kitchen or something and the light is on. Another lady complained that her SOS siren didn't work and I explain why that was also wrong in the second part of my video. Lastly I gotta talk about the actual negatives: the light on the side is a DIP LED and its somewhat weak compared to other options like the cheap chinese one my mother got, but it still works just fine. Also the crank for the dynamo on the back, at least on my unit, doesn't snap into place like I imagine its supposed to. If I press it in firmly then it just pops right back out which is what I show in the third part of my video. If this thing ends up not working in a few months I'll let yall know.

Arrived in great condition. First used the hand crank and put a charge in radio. It picked up several radio stations and then tried the nova stations and got 2 of them. One was our noaa station out of Memphis Tn. I'm in Ms. Flashlight works great also. Finally charged it over night using USB. Everything works great.

I started out with high hopes for this radio because I'm a big fan of solar emergency radios and lights, but this particular radio has some things about it that I really didn't like. First of all, the speaker is small and tinny and even though it works fine for listening to emergency weather broadcasts, it doesn't sound good for music at all. Then there is the hand crank. I can turn it and turn it and there doesn't seem to be any effect in charging the battery. Maybe it's better than nothing, but I hope I never have to depend on this particular feature. The solar panel is also very small on this radio. Even though the battery can be charged by the solar panel, it is so small that it would take a really long time to get a full charge just from the solar panel. I also don't like the fact that the internal rechargeable battery is not user replaceable. If it were not for the fact that this radio can run from AAA batteries as an alternative, the radio would become useless once the internal battery fails to power up. This brings up another issue because they should have used AA batteries instead of AAA batteries because they have a much larger capacity and they are easier to find in an emergency. The volume and tuning buttons are also very small and difficult for people with large hands like me to adjust. I had a difficult time just tuning the radio. On thing I did like is that this does have a LED flashlight built into it. All emergency radios should have this feature and I'm glad they included it on this one. I also like that this radio includes the weather band. This is also a must have feature for any emergency radio and I'm surprised that there are still some emergency radios that still don't have this feature. I also like the fully retractable telescoping antenna. If you are listening to AM or just using the flashlight, this antenna can be fully retracted so it is easy to get out of your way when you don't need it. Overall, there are more things that I don't like about this particular radio than things I do like, but it does get a few things right. At the current sale price of $27.99 with coupon, in my opinion, this radio is overpriced for what you are getting, when compared to similar radios, and it doesn't represent a very good value for the money.
