There aren't many options for glass steamers and this is perfect and worth every penny! Super easy to clean and a nice large water resivoir so I don't need to refill with every use as I steam my food at least twice a day. The water resivoir does sit on the back of the unit which makes the whole steamer take up a bit more space on the counter. Even with this, the peace of mind knowing my meals are heated in glass is worth it also. Definitely a must have steamer! I should mention that the first one I got had an issue with warped plastic in the water resivoir​. HOWEVER, Amazon sent me a replacement product (a whole new steamer) free of charge as well as free shipping to send the other product back. Thanks Amazon! UPDATE: We have steamed fish, chicken breast, and tons of various veggies. Everything comes out perfect and completely done with the presets!

A high-end countertop steamer. Looks awesome, easy to operate, and the food tastes great. Compared to the Hamilton Beach one I had before, the steam comes out much faster, and the all-glass removable main container is super easy to clean. One drawback is that if steaming something in a bowl, it cannot be directly put below the outlet of steam, or a lot of water will accumulate in the container. My only concern for now is how it handles the hardness in tap water after long term use.

Turned on once and then never again. What a waste of money— straight in the rubbish. Had a US plug and we used our adapter for Australian electric outlets. You should not sell to Australia if your product can’t be used in Australia even with an adapter— it’s unethical.

Muy util, fácil de limpiar y los alimentos quedan perfectos. Aunque es muy resistente, solo me gustaría saber si se puede comprar la charola por separado para tener una de repuesto.
