This is a great little device. Came aready charged, though not at full charge. Have charged it up since and hasn't let me down!

Took glamping and charged two iPads and a cell phone with no problems

Anker is the only brand our school tech department recommends, so I tend to trust their charging products, and this power bank has been another winner. The 10,000mAh capacity is a great balance between power and portability. It is small enough to toss in a backpack, purse, or carry on without taking up much space, but it has enough juice to keep my devices going when I am away from an outlet. I recently traveled with it and was reminded how nice it is to have a reliable backup battery. It charges devices quickly, holds its charge well, and has been completely dependable. One thing to be aware of: I recently got a new iPhone that uses a USB C charging cable. I grabbed a USB C to USB C cord for this power bank and quickly realized that was not going to work. To use the USB A output on the power bank, I needed a USB A to USB C cable instead. Before you head out on a trip, make sure you have the right cord packed. It also takes a while to fully recharge the power bank itself, so plan ahead if you know you will need it. The upside is that once it is charged, it has enough capacity to charge your phone more than once, which is exactly what I want from a travel power bank. The build quality feels solid, and it is easy to see why Anker has such a good reputation. If you are looking for a compact power bank that is easy to travel with and just works, this is a great choice. Update: I purchased another one and had quite a different experience with shipping. I’ve owned this Anker power bank before (this is my 3rd purchase), and I’ve even gifted it to others because I’ve always trusted it. Unfortunately, this order arrived unusable. ✔ Shipping box: perfect condition ✔ Packaging inside: only a thin plastic bag (unusual for this item) ✘ Power bank: completely cut through and damaged This wasn’t minor damage—it’s fully non-functional. No idea how it happened, but it clearly wasn’t safe to ship in this condition. Very disappointing, especially since I needed it for an upcoming trip this weekend. I’ll be requesting a replacement. Hoping this was a one-off issue, because the product itself has always been reliable in my experience.

An amazing power Bank that packs a great punch when you are low on 🪫

Purchased these for an extended outdoor trip and they worked fine to keep two phones charged. Basically if you are in place without recharge capacity and need to keep your phones charged, put your phone on Airplane and Low Battery Mode as much as possible to reduce usage by draining apps, and if you do that, your phone will last say a day or a bit. One of these will recharge two phones completely (Iphone 12,13 Pro and more recent models) and may have about half a phone charge left. I tried and tested this before the trip and that metric was accurate. As for recharging these chargers, that takes 4-6 hours depending on the speed on your charging wire. Good to have on trips and on the go if no access to electricity or if you are moving about a lot. The interface is a bit simplistic with 4-5 dots (I forget) which light up fully if fully charged. If there is one dot left it means there is about 20-25% of the power left and so on. That's all you will see. This is also light and slim - another plus. Not tested on non-phone devices.
