Alpinestars SMX-6 v3 Vented Motorcycle Boots, Advanced Ventilation, Superior Grip, Durable Design, High-Performance Comfort

These are great entry level boots for simple riding, comfortable and fit great, can run a little small though. Air ventilation is good, you can feel the cooling at normal speeds, and they look great too.

Interestingly enough, the size 13.5 (EU 49) fits perfectly on my size 15 foot. Originally, I had tried the 14 (EU 50) but it was too big. So if you have a 15+ foot and you think these Alpinestars will be too small, try them out. You may be surprised like I was. I think something gets lost in translation between EU and American sizing. I really like the boots so far.

Really nice boot. Wa a little bulky for me so returned but the quality is top notch.

Just received them and took my first ride. Lovely boots. Look very rugged but are not goofy big like many touring/adv boots which for my 13.5 shoe size can be of concern in shifting. Larger boots can make it rather challenging to get your foot below the shifter on some Japanese bikes which have shorter shift levers. Another nicety is they have a rubber grippy protective cover at the shifter location allowing you to easily operate the shift lever from the edge of the boot. I found that rather nice as i do struggle often with getting my foot through the footbox. I likely need to get a longer shift lever, but yea, that has nothing to do with these boots.

Very comfortable for the protection you get. Very stiff ankle and base, but bends to allow for flexible gear shifting and braking. The interior padding wicks away sweat, and the perforated material lets air flow (when moving fast). The zipper however, is akwardly placed on the inside and it feels like you will damage it because of how hard you need to pull it up. The velcro latch is grippy and allows for a loose or snug fit around your shin. I wear a 9.5 US Men and the 44 Euro fits well (a tad bit roomy at the toes, but the sides grip the feet good). I don't see myself buying another boot anytime soon.

I’m usually a size 13 but I like my shoes to fit slightly loose. Ordered a 12.5 and they fit just perfect. American men’s size btw

Las SMX-6 V3 de Alpinestars son unas botas impresionantes en cuanto a calidad, protección y diseño. Desde el primer momento se nota la robustez del material y el enfoque en la seguridad, lo que las convierte en una excelente elección tanto para pista como para uso deportivo en carretera. Eso sí, hay que tener en cuenta que son bastante ajustadas y rígidas al principio. El proceso de ablandamiento puede tomar varios usos, así que la sensación inicial puede ser algo incómoda si estás acostumbrado a calzado más flexible. Por esa misma razón, recomiendo pedir una talla (o al menos un centímetro) arriba de lo habitual, especialmente si tienes el empeine alto o planeas usarlas con calcetas gruesas. Una vez que se adaptan al pie, ofrecen una combinación ideal de comodidad, protección y sensibilidad para el manejo. Vale totalmente la pena, siempre que tomes en cuenta ese ajuste inicial. En cuanto al envío, sin problema, cumplidor y en perfecto estado.

Nothing wrong with the item, but I received the wrong size twice.. I also had to pay $10 more to reorder them as the price increased.. I’m returning these wrong size boots for the second time and hoping 3rd time is a charm.. So annoyed..
