Blueprint Bryan Johnson Creatine Monohydrate Powder – Amino Acid Powder - Supplement Supports Muscle Growth, Recovery, Strength & Focus – Unflavored Creatine for Women & Men – 5g Dose – 100 Servings

I’ve been using Blueprint Bryan Johnson Creatine Monohydrate Powder daily for about 4 weeks, and overall I’m impressed. Here are what I think are the pros and cons. What I liked: • Purity & Testing: The product is micronized creatine, and I liked that every batch is third-party tested for purity and heavy metals. It gives me confidence I’m not putting anything sketchy into my body. • Dosage & Value: 5 g per serving is standard and enough. 100 servings in a bag is very generous, so cost per serving is reasonable. • Mixability / Taste: Unflavored version means no weird aftertaste. I mix it with water or in my pre-workout drink, and it dissolves pretty cleanly—no gritty texture, which is a big plus. • Effects: After a few weeks of resistance training, I’ve noticed slightly better strength and faster recovery (less soreness). Also seems to help with energy during workouts. • Versatility: Because it’s unflavored and clean, I can stack it with protein powders or other supplements without flavor clashing. ⸻ What could be better: • Price: It’s not the cheapest creatine out there. For pure creatine monohydrate products, you can find somewhat cheaper options. So you’re paying a bit of a premium, possibly for branding (“Blueprint Bryan Johnson”) and testing. • Labeling/user instructions: I would have liked a more detailed usage guide in the package (when to take, with what, warnings), though Amazon listing covers some info. • Packaging: The bag is fine, but a more resealable or sturdier container could feel more premium and make storage easier. ⸻ Verdict: If you value purity, tested ingredients, and don’t mind paying a little extra for quality, this creatine is a solid buy. Especially for those serious about fitness and longevity, who want something reliable. It delivered what I expected: steady strength gains, less post workout soreness, no weird side effects. I’d give it 4.5 out of 5 stars. Might bump up to 5 if they lower the price a bit or improve packaging.

I tried a brand of creatine pills no results, I bought this Top Quality Creatine Powder and about a month ago my wife has said my fat around my stomach has noticeably gone down, I can feel the difference, my energy, my muscle growth she even noticed in my hamstrings, she alwyas made fun of my skinny legs but she noticed. WOW buy quality powder it is worth the extra I really like this product I use the scoop they give you one scoop a day and every other day I do 2 scoops. I had hip replacement March 28 and now no cane the soreness is finally going away. I am ready to reorder.

Only reason I purchased it is because of Bryan Johnson’s reputation. Like others said, the bag itself can have a better sealant, though the creatine itself is quality. It doesn’t taste like anything, so it’s versatile in whatever drink one would like. I personally mix it in my morning smoothie’s or a glass of raw milk, when traveling I just mix it with water. Remember to mix it well though since it can settle pretty quickly. I keep mine in a separate container instead of the bag.

Dont know if its the effects of this specific brand or in general but I definitely gained some strength and went up in my lifts. One thing I must say it does not fully dissolve in water. I believe Ive read that somewhere. Also has no taste which I do like

If you want a clean, trustworthy creatine from a brand that takes health and formulation seriously, this is an easy recommendation. I’ll definitely keep this as my go-to creatine. p.s., I am not doing any nocturnal measurements, so I can't attest to that. ;-)
