The media could not be loaded. This Eureka robot vacuum has been a very helpful tool for our home. It does a great job on picking up my dog's hair on both carpet and hard floors. The suction is strong enough without being too loud. One thing I really like is that the mop arm extends slightly whenever it needs, so it gets into the corners and edges better than other vacuums I've tried.The sensors are pretty accurate and detailed. During mapping and normal cleaning/mopping, it can recognize furnitures, walls, and even label to avoids my dog's food and water bowls without bumping into them. Another feature I found convenient is that the self-cleaning mop system. It washes and dries the mop automatically so I don't have to clean it by hand.The app makes it easy to customize cleaning zones and schedules. The build quality feels sturdy, not cheap, and very easy to use. Overall, it's a high-quality machine that handles daily cleaning with minimal effort from me.

I’ve had the Eureka E20 Plus for about 10 days, and I’m already impressed with how much easier it has made my daily cleaning. The suction is strong enough to handle dust, crumbs, and pet hair without any trouble. The self-emptying feature is so convenient, and I love that I don’t have to empty the bin every day.The mopping function works better than I expected—my floors look fresh and clean without streaks. The navigation is smart and precise, mapping my rooms quickly and avoiding obstacles with ease. Using the app to control it is simple, and scheduling cleanings has been a breeze.It’s quiet, efficient, and saves me a lot of time. Even in just 10 days, I can tell this is going to be one of the best home purchases I’ve made.

I'll start by saying that over the past 10 years, I have had multiple robot vacuums (Samsung, Neato, etc.). Some were really good and others were pure junk. My brand of choice was Neato only because they had incredible suction, were "reasonably priced", and did a great job cleaning. Their app/features were "ok". They are no longer made so when my last one died I decided to try the Eureka E20 Plus.At first I was disappointed. It just couldn't suck up dirt. I mean...it was really bad. Upon inspection, day 1, I found the vacuum was clogged (short dog hair, some grass clippings carried in on my feet, and dirt - The typical stuff). I cleared the clog and set it loose again. After 2 more cleanings it clogged again. I think I figured out the issue. On the inlet to the dust bin is a little rubber "wing", I suspect it's function is to slow down and direct incoming particles as they enter the bin. It acts as more of a barrier and just the slightest debris actually gets caught on it and a "log jam" gets created. I removed it (pops right out) and now dirt doesn't get stuck as it enters the bin.My current evaluation of the Eureka1. Vacuuming - good; (if it's not getting clogged); some debris does get missed if it's in a corner but that's not a surprise.2. Navigation - good; though the skirt on the couch is enough to prevent the vacuum from going under it; It does seem to concentrate on various sections of a room more than other locations (all locations should get the same attention).3. Mapping - good4. Obsticles - great; it even climbs over the threshold to my kitchen (where other vacuums would get stuck)5. Reliablity - Unsure ; my previous vacs would burn through a battery in a year's time; I'll have to update this review in a year to see if the vac is still preforming properly6. Setup - Easy; Sync the app and you're in business - 5 / 10 minutes maxI'm giving this 4 out of 5 because of the issues with clogging.Fingers crossed it remains a worthwhile investment.Cheers!

Very impressed with the Eureka J15 Ultra! The two water boxes for cleaning are super convenient - keeps clean and dirty water separate. Amazing suction capacity at 19,000Pa that deep cleans carpets perfectly.What I love most is how intelligent it is - the AI automatically detects messes and switches between vacuum/mop modes. Great obstacle avoidance too. The hot water washing (167°F) and drying features keep everything hygienic.Very convenient and smart cleaning. Highly recommend this product - makes life so much easier!
