*Update* The watch has now stopped counting my steps and distance correctly. The last couple of times I used it, I had walked at least 3 miles but it only registered 0.80 miles. It was great while it lasted. First Review: Love this fitness tracker watch. It works perfectly for tracking my steps and telling me how far I’ve walked. Stays charged for days on end!

Pros: Nice display, very good default watch face. Nice watch band. Cons: Sleep tracking misses start time frequently (I'm usually in bed @ 9:15, but this has me starting @ midnight), and occasionally misses wake up time. Questionable REM and deep sleep detection - wildly different from my current sleep tracer. Steps very different from my current exercise tracker (50% more!). Doesn't display current battery level on primary face and does not give a numerical value just a bar graph. When charging it does not display charge level. Button is not much value, just turns on display. Non-existent documentation (what do the various buttons on the down swipe menu mean?) Hard to get time/duration information from the app's sleep graph. My bottom line is that it is not suitable for sleep tracking which is my primary interest. So I am returning it.

Bought three (one of each color and for my husband, my mom and myself). My mom’s and my watch have been great so far, my husbands however keeps restarting and deleting any previous stored data… he has had this happen 3 times already so it must be a manufacturing defect. We’ve restarted both the phone and watch, tried to un-sync and re-sync, etc.

I purchased this watch for my son and it worked great at first. Connected right away to the app. Tracked steps and all the other things it claimed to do. Then a couple of months in it randomly reset itself. Had to set it all up again. Thought maybe it was a fluke, but no, it kept randomly doing it. And even when it didn't fully reset itself, there were times when you'd look at it in the middle of the day and it had set your steps back to zero. The only thing it was good for was telling the time, which if that's all I wanted it for, I'd have gotten a regular watch. I really try to be fair in reviews and not blast a product unless it warrants a bad review, and this one definitely does. There are other, better "cheap" smart watches out there.

I'm really disappointed with this watch, to be honest. The battery life is a major letdown. I've had it for a four weeks now, and I'm recharging it every day. That defeats the purpose of having a smartwatch, It's frustrating it's not worth the hassle. If they could work on improving the battery life, that would be fantastic, but as it stands, I'd say it's a decent watch with a significant flaw. And now I can’t return it.
