I have received the watch but.. Why can't I rotate bezel? is it a non-rotating bezel watch?

It's a GMT / dual time zone watch. The bezel is fixed, the fourth hand is used to read a second zone in military / 24 hour format. So no, it does not turn like a dive watch (because it's not, its a pilot watch.

Watch Doesnt Keep Time

Terrible terrible terrible!!! After using for just over a month (and can no longer return) the watch does not keep time loosing 5 minutes per day! useless do not waste your money!!!!!!!!

Looks identical to a Rolex GMT Master II Batman

Very good looking watch! This is a GMT Master II Batman homage watch. Good quality for low price . 42mm diameter is great since the original Rolex GMTs are 40 mm. This watch is pretty light weight and is scratch resistant. You can’t go wrong with this watch. I have several Citizen watches as well as Tissot. This watch stacks up well with all of these watches. Definitely a great value.
