The Comfier fits perfectly on to my chair and has a super-soft feel and a great amount of padding. Literally made my own home - PC gaming chair, feel 100 times more comfortable. The functions are easy to use and plenty. I liked the higher intensity on all of them - but the "tapping" mode was one of my favourites, the other being the full neck, upper & Lower back and seat modes and just recline the chair back. After 10 mins the sensation of it stopping is when you fully notice just how good this bit of kit is. I found myself stretching while sitting and this added a nice pressure to certain areas. Particularly the neck and lower back. Moving my head to allow the neck massager to hit the correct spot relieving the pain. Stretching my back on to it allowed the massager to achieve the correct amount of pressure to my lower back. This - is a really nice massager. The heat functions are very nice with heatable areas in the seat and back, which i'm looking forward to in the cooler months. This is perfect for office based situations and home use. All in all this is a great piece of kit especially if you have neck or back problems i found it relieved the pain & was a very relaxing experience, i would not want to be without this it really has done wonders for my lower back pain, i have bought other Comfier products & i am always 100% happy with my purchases, great company, great products.

I mostly got this for the heating function and it's nice and warm very quickly. I've found the vibrations at the head are a bit loud and uncomfortable for me, but the shoulder and lower back ones are wonderful 😍. The sound doesn't come through my microphone either so when I'm in a meeting/gaming with friends is all good. I've also had some shoulder pain recently and this has helped with that a little bit, similar to how a hot water bottle does. I saw a review on here saying you can't turn the vibration off and have heat? Maybe I have a newer version but on mine you can, you just push the vibration again to turn it off and the heat will keep going. Small downside, if like me you sit like an awkward gremlin sometimes, with feet up on the chair, the motors at the thigh section are a bit uncomfortable, digging into legs/feet, which is fine with the vibrations but otherwise is a bit uncomfortable. But if you sit normally this isn't a problem at all.

This product is excellent quality and was delighted to see that it fitted a seat perfectly and can be plugged into my car also. The remote give a very hood variation of massages and I can concentrate on a specific area if needs be. It's relaxing massage but may not be suitable if you suffer severe back pain as it's very mild massages

Overall product was well made and easy to use however is not suitable for use in cars despite instructions stating it can be used on passénger seat. There is no car adaptor included and sales assistant in Halfords said he didn’t think there is one available. I would recommend if you need solely for home / office but I need for my car so returned it.

I have chronic back, shoulder & pelvic pain + Fibromyalgia. This seat definitely helps me manage my pain. My daughter also has some back, neck & shoulder pain, she too found it comforting. The programmes are great, with different sensations. For me though, high heat for seat + back, high vibration on seat, lower back & upper back is perfect! It's set on my orthopaedic gel & foam cushion, on the chaise. I've had it under 48hrs but love it! I should add that the fabric is gorgeous, soft & plush. I am yet to try it in a car. My car has heated seats but no vibration so I may test it, but using it in my Mum's car - no heated seats - will be a blessing! A 2yr FREE warantee is a welcome a bonus!

My original review for this massage seat was a good one but within the first year, one of the massagers inside the chair came loose and fell from its position. As the product had a one-year warranty, I wrote to Comfier asking what they could do. This was their reply: 'Because of the warranty and refund policy, over 91 days to 1 year (Already Checked and Comfirmed), we can't send a placement for free to customer. But, if you are willing to share the experience of our customer service to other customers, we are glad to send you a replacement for free after receiving your sharing screenshot.' Firstly, as it was within the first year, I’m not clear why it being over 91 days would be an issue. Secondly, they seemed to be trying to get me to write a positive review about them in order to access my warranty rights – which I found highly inappropriate. When sending them a screenshot of the positive review I'd already written, they agreed to send a replacement massager. Within just a few months of receiving the new massager, the same problem occurred: one of the massagers fell down from its position. I managed to get someone to sew it into place form the back (see image) but then another one came loose. Again, I contacted Comfier but they now had no interest in helping me. So, within less than two years, two of these Comfier massage seats had failed one me and the company demonstrated extremely poor and inappropriate customer service. They also advertise a two-year warranty (see image) but don't make immediately clear you have to fulfil certain criteria to benefit from this. Overall, I've had a bad experience with Comfier. I consider their products to be inferior quality and wouldn't purchase from them again.

We've had others previously but this particular model is outstanding. Other half was taking prescribed heavy pain killers twice a day. Been using this for half an hour after work for the last 10 months and has had no need for the heavy pain killers even once since the purchase ! Only Paracetamol was taken on two occasions. We're calling that a win. Really loosens tight, painful, aching and cramped muscles and very relaxing. Love the fact it's taller than most with a deep seat. Easily folded away too. We'd definitely buy the same again when this one wears out.

Bought this product based on Amazon reviews. Didn’t know what I was buying but so glad I did. This product is better than the description lets on. My wife has back problems and spends 8/10hours a day sat in an office chair. I bought this because of the multiple massager modules but the heating function is brilliant. The main positive points with this product are: 1. Covers the whole seat and therefore everywhere from your knees to the bottom of your neck 2. Multiple functions mean you can adapt it to heat/massage anywhere and at any speed 3. For the cost of it, I would have paid alot more than the price quoted. So, for anyone looking at a first try of these products, give this one a go. I am quite sure you won’t be disappointed.

The Vibration Back Massager is great. It helps with soreness, aches and soothes pain. I use it daily and have found such a difference in my back. I would recommend it to everyone.

I love this massager but it will not turn off. The neck massager continues to vibrate when power button is off. I am trying to get through to support. Maybe there is a solution so I can give it 5 stars. Update: I got through to customer support (if you want to call it that) They agreed to replace the massager if I pay for shipping. That will cost more than buying a new massager! What a rip-off. Steer clear of Comfier.

My Experience & The Problem I purchased this Comfier massager specifically because I was looking for a back and neck massager with soft massage balls, as recommended by a shopping assistant bot. Unfortunately, this product delivered the exact opposite experience. The core issue is simple: the massage nodes/balls are incredibly hard. Performance & Pain I was hoping for a gentle, relaxing experience, but even on the lowest setting and using the provided extra padding flap, the pressure was intense and caused pain rather than relief. "Deep Tissue" Means Hard Pressure: While the description talks about "deep kneading" and "penetrating tight muscles," it translates to hard plastic/rubber nodes digging into your back. If you are looking for anything close to a gentle or soft massage, this is not it. Zero Relief: Instead of easing my tension, using the device left my back feeling bruised and uncomfortable. It felt harsh and mechanical, not therapeutic. Padding Does Not Help: The removable flap made almost no difference in softening the intensity. Pros & Cons Pros: It is well-built and seems durable. Cons: The massage balls are extremely hard and painful. Not suitable for anyone seeking a soft or gentle massage experience. The padding flap doesn't adequately soften the pressure. The product recommendation was misleading regarding softness. Final Verdict This massager might work for people who enjoy incredibly firm, intense, deep-tissue pressure—almost painful pressure—but it is not for anyone seeking a soft, gentle, or relaxing massage. It did not meet my needs at all, and I will be returning it. The product description needs to be clearer about just how firm these nodes are.

The item is sleek, nice looking and appears well made, pressure coil intensity is good. Heat is as described, not a heating pad.
