I bought this after purchasing the control module and this fit my single door controller perfectly. Punch out holes on top and bottom and four mounting holes in back. Perfect as described and delivered on time.One addition might be to add a punch through hole in the back for direct mount over low voltage box. I am planning on drilling my own, but that did not keep me from buying it.
