Definitely worth it. Last long and smell nice. Don't leave any marks. I use so far one cube and its been more than 2 weeks.

Been using these in-cistern blocks for ages because they're dead easy. Drop one in the cistern and forget about it for a few weeks. No scrubbing or brushing required for basic upkeep. The water comes out blue so you know it's working, and it does keep the bowl smelling fresher between proper cleans. Helps prevent that limescale buildup too, or at least slows it down. Convenient not having to think about toilet cleaning every single week. Downsides are that the blue colour fades pretty quickly after the first flush or two. After that it's more of a faint tint until the block runs out. They also don't last as long as the packaging suggests, maybe three weeks in my experience rather than the claimed month. Won't replace actually cleaning the toilet either, just helps maintain it a bit longer between scrubs. Cheap enough that I keep buying them though. Does the bare minimum I ask of it.
