The listing mentions the drops on the head from filling the mold, so I was prepared for that, but I wasn’t prepared for how many ugly seams are all over the body. I also think they could have done better with the painting— it’s only one solid color of pink on the mouth, nipples, and belly button that isn’t very realistic. Other silicone dolls have a wider variety of colors and details this one is lacking (no eyelashes or eyebrows or hair, no details on fingers or toes), and that’s what makes a great doll stand out against good dolls… and this is just a “good” doll. It is solid silicone and very pleasantly heavy and wobbly, and is anatomically correct (just FYI— I added a diaper for pictures so this review would be approved). The weight makes it feel very realistic and great to hold, I’m absolutely obsessed with that! The size is on the smaller size, necessitating preemie clothing (you can see in one of my pictures how large newborn clothing is on it). The accessories that come with it are not the best, however— the romper and blanket are both extremely cheap, but that’s fine unless you’re gifting it to someone who doesn’t have any other doll accessories, in which case I’d purchase some separately to go with it.
