I have a 15yr old cocker, the medium fit just right. His waist is 21 inches. He’s semi incontinent during the day but leaks a lot at night. I sleep downstairs so I can let him out when he needs to go but I think he just pees cos he can’t be bothered to get up. I usually use the washable reusable ones and they’re a god send but they leek on a night so I put one of these disposable wraps on him then a reusable one and he’s bin fine, no leeks and he feels quite dry. They seem to absorb really well and the sticky fastener has been fine no coming loose. I wish I could just use these all the time but it would be too expensive the amount he would get through. Would definitely recommend these wraps.

tengo un perrito con varias condiciones médicas que lo limitan a salir o subir al patio, usa estos pañales todo el día y han sido una maravilla para él. Anda por toda la casa levantando la pata para orinarse por todos lados según él pero queda perfectamente contenido en su pañal y le aguanta desde que voy en la mañana al trabajo, hasta la noche que llego. No le irrita su piel como otros pañales que había usado, por que aglutina la pis en gel y ya no se sale; aparte son muy ligeros para él y muy suvecitos, ni siente que lo trae. Cada mes le compro sus pañales y ya mis otros 2 viejitos a veces los usan para dormir. Son muy buena copra

Thhis medium is quite small/short. It fits nicely around my <5kg poodle but i had meant to use this on a > than 22kg dog so had to gift it to others
