After 4 years of using a leg bag, I developed itchy dermatitis on my legs caused by the leg bag straps. I started looking for an alternative to the leg bag. I first tried the Cathwear shorts, and while they performed fine, I disliked the fabric and the tight feel. When I came upon these incontinence shorts on Amazon, I decided to order them. That proved to be a wise decision because these shorts work beautifully with my SPC. The fabric is soft and the shorts are not tight and restrictive. The leg bag (1000 mL) fits perfectly in the pocket and drains easily out through a small slit at the bottom of the pocket. The pockets of the shorts are placed in such a way that they don't obstruct the pockets of my pants. I have a 34 inch waist and ordered the XL because I had read that it might be wise to order a size larger. That proved to be correct. The shorts wash and dry well with minimal shrinkage. All in all, these shorts are ideal for someone with a suprapubic catheter. ### ⭐ For men *by A***E on January 12, 2025* I' m giving a 1 star bc they're not what I expected when I ordered.
