Fantastic starter laser engraver

Fun little toy.

As a 35 year plus, retired tool designer in Solidworks, Mechanical Desktop, Pro-E, Cad key, and several other softwares This was just going to be a hobby, after 2 months my return date has expired and yet to get this thing to work NOT AT ALL!!! Been on FQ on ACEMER and Fireburn, and every help i could find on the WWW, Watched hours of Youtube videos and still nothing, no help, go to ACMER site for help, they send you to the Fireburn sight to work things out, Fireburn great sight, but, they service all kinds of lasers,you cant find Acmer S2 warning high limit warnings and how to "rehome" nor clear the "com port busy" Laser head stays in the same place 100% of the time Both PC and Acmer have been unplugged overnight, still Alarm 1: High Limit Warning, I guess nobody knows how to clear that,other than that was easy to assemble, only good thing i have found

Laser stopped working couldn't get tech support or customer service it always goes to voice.. so I just returned it

Buena aunque 7w pensé que cortaría material de un Cms y solo corta de 2mm más grueso el material y no es así

Very disappointed cannot get it to work with my phone iPhone 17 four my HP laptop. Pay all that money and cannot use it do not recommend.

This is a great laser engraver and cutter. I was worried about setting it up incorrectly, but the instructions in the manual were easy to follow and I was able to put it together in about 40 minutes. I was also worried that I might incorrectly use it and burn a hole in something I didn't mean to burn a hole in. But again, the instructions are good and the Lightburn program is intuitive and easy to use. Once I was up and running, and got over my unfounded worries, I actually did well and produced several cool wood engravings and a couple of projects with the laser cutter. I'm still learning, but I think this is a great laser engraver and cutter and is easy to use for beginners like me. It is very well made and has a lot of great functions. It's a really neat tool to have and I can't wait until I try some additional projects and make some personalized gifts for the holidays.

Hola por que no graba bien lepongo un circulo y hace un ovalo y pongo un cuadrado y sale un rectángulo ya lo revise y sigue igual que puedo hacer

I wouldn't buy the product again. Within month the laser died. After communication with the supplier, they had me pay to ship it back, they would not send the replacement until my faulty one was received by them. this is not what I would call customer service at all. I am a long time Amazon customer, and this is the first time I have had such negative interaction with a seller.

I had a 100 x 100 mm S1 and wanted something larger so I bought this. Set up was very easy. Works well with lightburn. I have only rated it 4 stars because I haven’t run it though it’s paces and I believe that a product has to earn its stars not lose its stars. I have only used it so far on bamboo and slate. I have to check other types of materials and may upgrade my rating.
