Soo happy with my purchase, this bike is so much fun and boy does it cruise, no problems going uphill this thing pulls, battery life is great, I did a lot of research before my purchase and one of the biggest selling points for me was the Samsung battery!!! ... Samsung has a great reputation and freesky new what they were doing pairing it to thier bikes . . The shocks are amazing and adjustable can set them to your confort , the bike is pretty heavy but in a good way , other wise this thing would do wheelies when you take off.. also with the tires on it , it can pretty much go through all sorts of terrain.. I will definitely be telling all my friends and family to get one. This thing is solid and hand welded as well... so much fun!!! ..

The bike performs great so far. I use it primarily as a commuter bike to work which is about a 30-minute ride each way. The 20 mph cruise control is probably what I love the most. I purchased a couple upgrade items. One is the extension to bring the handle bars up a few inches. I'm 6' 1", and it made a good improvement to my ride position. The second upgrade I just ordered. The original rear suspension is really tight, rated for 1000 lbs, and not adjustable. I decided to try a replacement air suspension to see if that will give me a less bouncy ride. Support has been very good. One of the plastic wheel reflectors were broke during shipping and they sent a replacement. And working with them on the upgrades has been a pleasure as well. I highly recommend this bike if you are looking for something that is well made, has good power, and a long battery range.

I have used it for 5 days now and wow, what a piece of machinery. Very high quality frame and weld points. Tons of customizations you can make e.g. suspension, speed cap, seat of course, the positioning of of the handle-bar equipment, etc. I will say this is a very fast and quiet bike though so I would caution buying this for a 13-18 year old. It's more for adults who have experience on motorcycles and understand how traffic works or even if you are in the rural areas how to watch for wildlife and potholes. As for assembly, it took me around 40 minutes to unbox it by-myself. Assembly took me around an hour and wasn't confusing at all (I am mechanically retarded). The user manual that comes with it gives a step-by-step assembly procedure. There are also some great videos you can watch on the assembly procedures. As for the capping and uncapping the speed limit on the bike, I would suggest the following: *Every time you start it up, by default it is in 20mph cap "mode" *Spend 4-5 days learning the procedures, feel, throttle, breaking, etc. *When you feel comfortable going faster on the bike, start it up and hold the right arrow ==> button for 3 seconds or so. For mine the first time I did this it said "32" and I was completely confused. I could still only go 20mph. That's because 32kmph=20mph. Hold the right arrow again and you should see 99. That means you have no speed cap. Best part of the bike - if you pedal while you are going downhill or on flats, the battery recharges itself really quickly. My commute to work is 7 miles through the hills of of PA and I get to work and I still have 100% battery charge. Also, in my opinion it's a very clean, well designed, and sharp looking bike. Worst part - They forgot the bracket that holds my tail-light onto the seat post. I emailed them and they are 2-day UPS'ing me the part on Monday. So, if you are single, have a "shortish commute", and want to save 10k-12k year on a car, get this bike. Get a Walmart+ membership have have your food and stuff delivered! LOL.

First day out, front tire and tube popped so Brother upgraded to a more substantial set of tires and tubes. When we contacted seller, they are graciously sending to inner tubes complementary which is appreciated. Brother loves this bike. He’s recovering from a terrible accident where a boulder smashed his lower leg and is nothing short of miraculous. This bike helps him tremendously and in the first month he’s put in nearly 600 miles.!!! he did his homework on purchasing this bike.

The 3500 Watt Swift Horse Ultra is an outstanding ebike, it is a tank, the welding looks flawless. It is so fun to ride and extremely comfortable. And the 48v 35ah gives you plenty of miles per charge.

I bought this ebike because of its power, range and Samsung battery cells. Besides getting a great ebike I got the best customer service I've ever had. They custom programed me a controler with 9 PAS levels because the 5 PAS levels it had didn't work good for the park I ride in. The 9 PAS levels give me so much more control of my speed and that was way more than I ecpected them to do to satisfy me. Freesky is the best

I've had this bike for about a month, have put just under 300 miles on it and it has exceeded my expectations. I live in a fairly hilly area and the motor has kept me going uphill with only some pedalling at over 15 MPH using PAS 3 locked. It is even more impressive since I'm quite a heavy rider. Carrying groceries on the rack has been a breeze. As far as battery life goes I've covered over 25 miles and still had more than half my battery again using PAS 3 and some throttle only on heavier traffic roads to concentrate more on awareness instead of power generation. I do like the throttle as it has an actual gradient to its power allowing me to maneuver at low speeds much easier than my previous bike, which applied full power regardless of how far the throttle was twisted. The brakes so far have been great, just enough spongeness so you won't throw yourself over the bars tapping them at high speed but solid enough further in to slow down immediately when you need to. I was tempted to move my Shimano 7000's to it but I really feel no need. Customer support from Freesky themselves has been great as there were a few issues when it arrived but Carl was on point immediately and I was able to get replacement parts shipped out quickly. My only real criticism would be that the front fork is not quite as maneuverable as my previous, not allowing for sharper turns when I need to bring it through narrow hallways and doorways for storing but for riding it's perfectly fine.

I have put 400 km on my swifthorse pro, purchased Dec 17 2025. So far the bike has been fantastic and I am very happy with the ride and the performance. There are always a few little issues here and there but I still give it a 5 out of 5. Pro's - The range on the bike is outstanding. I am using pedal assist 1 up to 3 depending on the stretch of road or trail i am on. and sometimes for fun i'll unlock it for the full speed option. I am getting about 110 km with about 25% battery left. I am not draining it all the way as per the research i have done. - The bike is very stable while riding with the fat tires and the weight. Note: I have installed flat out in the tires so i dont have to worry about flats. I also added on a stem extender to raise the handlebars 3 inches as i am tall. - The build quality and the look of the bike is a head turner. Beautiful bike. I wanted green, but they were out so i got the blue which is still very sharp. - The 4 piston hydraulic brakes are very strong. Stops you quickly. - Customer Service from Freesky is top notch. Its always scary buying online and what support you'll get. they have been great. Cons - The bike is heavy, which i knew beforehand. Just understand this when buying. For me i prefer this for stability but it is heavy. - The stock rear shock is okay. I am big guy 225lbs, so any hard bump and the rear shock bottoms out. No option to stiffen it. I know Freesky sells an upgrade. i will likely just get one off amazon thats a bit cheaper. - The rear fender rattles against the rear bike rack when going over any bump.. nty a huge deal but an irritant. Be nice if it was connected to the rack so it wouldn't do this. I'll likely just wrap a small cushion around the bike rack bar making the contact to deaden the noise. As mentioned overall i am very happy with the bike and will likely get my wife a step thru version later in year. My brother also rode it and right sway said he wants one :). Hopefully as long as its maintained and taken care of, will last me a few years.

I purchased a Freesky Swift Horse in October of 2025. After being told it would be delivered in 3 to 4 weeks I was pleasantly surprised to have it arrive in 5 DAYS! It came very well packaged. In fact it took longer to unpack than it did to assemble. I've now had this bike for 3 months and logged just over 1000 km. It performs very well with lots of hill climbing power from the 1000 watt motor. The battery has enough longevity to accomplish any rides I take. The full suspension and fat tires provide a smooth, comfortable ride even on bumpy trails & gravel roads. Hydraulic brakes ensure I can stop when I need to. This bike is also very nice to look at; sleek design, smooth welds & an appealing paint job. Thanks to the Freesky customer service team, technicians and bike owners on the Freesky Official website, any questions or concerns I had were quickly and professionally taken care of. From my experience dealing with Freesky, they are dedicated to making sure their customers are happy with their purchases and getting the most out of them. I highly recommend these bikes.
