New Cat Condos 190171-Neutral Activity Tree, Large, Neutral

After searching many different products and companies for a cat tree we settled on this one due to a review where someone posted a video of setting up a cat tree by this company. During that video we saw that person's cats jumping all over it for assembly, so we decided to select from this company for our purchase. Cat trees are pricey, I saw many online that had negative reviews so I was nervous to make such a big purchase. We have had the unit for over six months now and we have five cats. Everyone loves the cat tree! The rope however, is coming off at this point but all five of our cats use it daily to scratch their claws on so we will simply continue to glue and replace (as I'm sure any cat tree we would have the same issue). The tiers are sturdy, the cats play and fight on it all the time. We love the top tier that looks like a ships crows nest, we can see cat ears and eyes peeking out over all the time which is simply adorable. Each cat has their own unique way of sitting on the tree and we are endlessly delighted with their cuteness in general. Unit is rather large so for five cats its perfect. The last cat tree we had for them lasted a few years but we had to continue to repair it, this in my opinion with five strong cats is normal. I am hoping that as this one becomes broken due to their fighting we are able to easily repair it as well to get some years use out of it. Great product, great design, all carpeting has remained on unit, no issues with shipping, pricing is good.

At the suggestion of my vet, I provided my kitties with a cat tree. I chose this one because it provides more height than most and has a wide top perch, yet takes up little floor space. My two cats love it. They nap in the top perch and in the tunnel, and scratch and climb on it. Pros: 1. Made in USA of real wood. 2. Takes up little floor space yet provides a stable, enjoyable activity center for the cats, satisfying their enjoyment of heights. It also provides scratching posts they can stretch up on. Shorter posts don't interest them. 3. The round top perch with sides is quite wide for a cat tree. Both my cats can nap in it at once, although they usually prefer to go solo. The tunnel also doubles as a place to nap. 4. Very easy to assemble. Cons: The carpet had a slight chemical odor to it. I think this may be due to the adhesive used to fasten it. That being said, the odor disappeared as it aired and the cats don't mind the carpet as it is. It works for a cat tree. I did place extra padding in the tunnel and on the top, but the cats were fine with it both before and after. I've had it for 6 weeks now, it has held up, and I am glad I bought it. The cats agree.

This cat stand is amazing! It is made with real carpet and the poles are incredibly durable and sturdy, there was a lot of reviews about it being hard to put together because it didn’t line up or pieces missing but this was not the case. Set up took 5 minutes. My only complaint is that there was a lot of stringy pieces fro the carpet, and anyone who has a cat knows that this is a risk with them injesting this so just make sure to give it a throughout look over and cut those off. Also there was a lot of loose carpet fall out initially but no issues since that first day. My cats are in love! If you are second guessing ordering this. JUST BUY IT it was well worth the money spent!

Cat loves it, came in 2-3 pieces you just spin together, easy setup... I's real carpet which they prefer, better to spend a bit extra and get one with carpet they actually like to scratch! Very sturdy and well made.

Okay, so in the attached pictures (which is a little confusing until you study them), there are two of these trees, with a smaller one between them. Here is what I want to point out: The one on the right was the original one I purchased, which is obvious by the shredded rope that my babies have used well. I can only say that the original purchase was an incredible cat tree, which I would happily give five stars. Sturdy and quality and well made. But why is it that nothing stays the same? Do companies just get greedy to save pennies here and there? If you look closely, though difficult to capture with pictures, you will see that the new one I just purchased has changed. The poles of the first purchase are significantly thicker, and although it is hard to see here, the new one is almost an inch shorter in height. It is still an excellent cat tree, one of the better ones, but NOT as it was. So disappointing because this second one was even $25 higher in price than the first.

I am very happy with this product and more importantly so is my cat. I was looking for something sturdy with carpet rather than plush fabric, and a decent amount of sisal. Some of the reviews had me slightly concerned because this item is not fully returnable, but I think it's quite good quality. I'm really happy with the neutral color - it blends in with everything. The package arrived much sooner than expected and it was so simple to put together, no tools or guesswork required. It was surprising there were only three pieces to screw on to the base considering the size of this tree. It's heavy enough that I don't have to worry about it falling over and my cat moved in to it right away. He spends a lot of time in the high perch snoozing and loves the tunnel for play. The placement of the scratching post encourages him to use it instead of the furniture. He's happy and so am I.

Amazing quality. Came well packed. Took 5 minutes to put together. My cats love it. I'm going to buy another from this comp very soon. Look no further. This is the one you want to buy.

I bought this cat tree five years ago and it has been amazing for my 18-pound cat. It's sturdy, stable, and a design that she loves. I'm only now replacing it (with another of the same) because she has scratched through the carpeting and cords in several places over the years. Also, the lowest tray has started to droop from her springing off it constantly, but it took years for that to happen. This is a great quality tree at a good price point. The only minor complaint I had was that you couldn't choose the exact color of carpeting.
