This is my second procase and the quality is very good. It fits the phone well and looks good.The problem I had was that the magnetic enclosure on the case disrupts the bluetooth and capacitor in the new s pen. It would constantly discharge while in the phone and wouldn't stay connected, requiring frequent resets. At first I thought it was a bad s pen so I got a new one but the problem continued.I swapped pens with another note 9 and they didn't have problems with my pen and I did have problems with theirs. I assumed it was the phone then but before I tried to warranty it I decided to try a different case and see if maybe the magnets were the problem. I went two days using a simple case and the problem stopped. I cut the closure magnets off of the procase and my s pen has worked normal ever since. I hope this helps anyone else having this problem!

The case is very classy and sturdy. Case looks very nice on my phone. This is the second case I've ordered from ProCase. The leather is real. Unfortunately, the magnets on the side of the case interfere with the function of the s-pen. Will be returning case.

This case has magnetic flip which stops my note9 from recognizing the spen..Doesn't work. Not sure how others users have got it working..doubt if they're legit or even noticed the issue.

The leather wallet case for my new note9 was extremely well made and the leather was of fine quality. Unfortunately having it protecting for less than 24 hrs, I had to return my ProCase. Every time the case was closed the magnets would activate the s pen function. (Even though the pen wasn't deployed)I found this out because while the phone was in the case through the night as I slept, woke and checked my phone for notifications, the s pen icon would not go away. I had to contact Samsung support to resolve the issue.Was a shame because the case was everything I wanted in a wallet case.After posted my disappointment on the ProCase for Note 9, the company reached out to me and offered a replacement case once the issue with the magnets were resolved.True to their word, I received a new case and the issue with the s pen has been corrected. The replacement case is now perfect!

I purchased a Pro case for my Samsung Note 8 and recently purchased another Pro case for my new Note 9. The case seems to be well made and fits the phone perfectly. I didn't have any issues with the magnet on the Note 8 nor have I found any issues with the case magnet with the Note 9. As long as you fold the front cover over onto the back when using the pen, the magnet stays far enough away from the screen that it does not interfere with the S-Pen. The case will wear with abuse but that's normal for any leather product. If treated well, the case will serve you as long as you keep that model phone. I looked at other leather portfolio cases but decided to stay with a proven, reliable product.

This probably is the best case for a cell phone I have ever bought . The service company store from which the cell phone was bought were quite impressed by the value it appeared to convey to them . The cost is even more unbelievable . I have been buying covers for my phones costing somewhere around $56 and more . Will never again buy any covers from any where else if I needed one . Thank you for a fine product , I’m beyond pleased .

Overall this is a nice phone case. It is real leather packaging and presentation of item was nice. It is as described.The cons of the case are how it closes the device is very close to the phone's edge and 1there is a magnetic clip on the sides for closure which leaves a gap to expose the phone. It would make for a better design to have the magnets on the back side to provide better protection.The rubber encasement of the phone is nice but the rubber appears to have a sticky like surface so it runs against the raw leather inside of the case and causes a very dirty, sticky appearance that I don't like.My note 8 phone case was by incipio it was a case with magnetic closure that wrapped to the back and the inside case for the phone was a durable plastic with a rotating clip that permitted the phone to be attached. The phone was very secure and the case was aesthetically sharp in appearance. The case is over three years old still in great shape and I have never truly had any issues with it. I chose this case because I upgraded to a Note 9 and this case was similar to some of the features I have grown to love about my incipio case.

I really like this wallet-case so far, but then I just got this case a couple days ago for my new Samsung Samaung Galaxy Note 9. The only (small) draw back for me so far is that the wallet-case will only hold 2 cards max without having issues staying magnetically closed using the case's auto-close feature via small magnetic interlocking 2-tab design. I ordered wallet-case and the package was lost in the mailing process, but the customer service was magnificent refunding me for both the first case I ordered and the second I ended up having to order. So, I ended up getting this nice leather wallet-case for Free with expedited 2 day shipping too. Also, Pay attention when ordering this case for a Samsung Note 9. Make sure you order the most expensive case when offered different price options for purchase of what looks like the same product, bc the purchase option that is more expensive, at about $31, is actually an updated version that want deactivate the bluetooth capability or pull on the capacitor of the (Note 9 S-Pen). Cant say enough about the great customed service and quality product. I would definitely purchase products from Tech Vendor again in the future.
