Review: Quite a nice flavour - I used this on some chicken (duh) and found that the flavour permeates into the meat quite well. Not so shore about the 30 minute marinade claim. I used this by pouring it in a bowl then getting my hands in there and rubbing it thoroughly in to the flesh. It has a nice balance though I found it had a lot less spice than I expected out of Nando’s (it is only a mild spice level). This is easily remedied with a touch of chilly flakes. The good thing about being mild is that you can add as much spice as you want and the underlying balance of flavour allows you to do this.
